Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 3999bid (the "Platform", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the 3999bid website at https://3999bid.net, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, bet, or promotional activity offered by 3999bid, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by the entirety of this Agreement.

This Agreement is supplemented by additional policies that form part of the overall terms governing your use of 3999bid, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy. In the event of any conflict between a supplementary policy and this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

3999bid reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects the rights or obligations of registered players — 3999bid will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' prior notice via email to the registered email address on the player's account, or via a prominent in-platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 3999bid platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this section will reflect the most recent revision date at all times.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. This English-language version is the authoritative and legally binding version for all purposes. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding and, in the event of any inconsistency between a translation and this English text, the English text shall prevail.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be interpreted and replaced, to the extent possible, with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to, and use of, the 3999bid platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of their account.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any real-money game, bet, or promotion on 3999bid. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use 3999bid.
• Personal Account: You must be registering solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party. Creating or operating an account on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 3999bid. Holding multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion period, whether initiated by you or applied by 3999bid, at the time of attempting to access the platform.

Parents and guardians in Bangladesh who share devices with minors are strongly advised to use parental control or internet filtering software to prevent unauthorised access to gambling platforms. 3999bid accepts no liability for access by minors on shared devices where appropriate safeguards have not been implemented by the responsible adult.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on 3999bid — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino tables, sports betting, crash games, and slots — you must first create a registered account. The account registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information and to set up your account credentials. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with or accessed by any other individual.

3.1 Registration Process

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid username, a password of sufficient complexity, a valid email address, a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh (used for OTP two-factor authentication), and your date of birth. By submitting your registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and genuinely your own.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

3999bid operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations as a responsible online gaming operator. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any time that 3999bid determines it appropriate to verify your identity. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (photo page)
• Birth certificate (for age verification purposes)
• Bank account statement or mobile banking screenshot confirming account ownership (for withdrawal verification)
• Screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account matching the mobile number on file

Documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed in accordance with the 3999bid Privacy Policy and are retained only for as long as required by our internal data retention policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. 3999bid will never ask you for your password by email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified 3999bid of a suspected security breach.

3.4 One Account Per Player

The creation and operation of more than one account by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited. Where 3999bid detects multiple accounts linked to a single individual, all accounts except the oldest verified account may be closed without notice, and any balances in the closed accounts will be forfeited. Bonuses or winnings obtained through multiple-account activity will be voided in their entirety.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3999bid are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 3999bid supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, and BRAC Bank Transfer. No currency conversion is applied to BDT balances at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200 BDT. There is no stated maximum single deposit, though 3999bid reserves the right to apply transaction limits for security or compliance purposes without prior notice.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 3999bid wallet within 30 seconds of the transfer being confirmed by the mobile banking provider. Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to 30 minutes to credit during standard banking hours.
• 3999bid is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems, network congestion, or scheduled maintenance windows at the mobile banking provider's end.
• Deposits made from a payment account not registered in your own name will be declined and returned. All payment accounts used to deposit must be verified as belonging to the registered 3999bid account holder.
• 3999bid reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time as part of its responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the identity documents on file with 3999bid.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated within the account settings section of the platform.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods (for example, during BPL or IPL match days) or when additional verification is required.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of the 3999bid compliance team. Incomplete verification will pause withdrawal processing until documentation is provided and reviewed.
• 3999bid reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, or any other activity that violates applicable law.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the account has an unresolved active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements. The wagering requirement must be satisfied or the bonus must be forfeited before a withdrawal can be initiated.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

3999bid offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Each bonus offer will specify its own eligibility criteria, minimum qualifying deposit amount, wagering requirement, eligible games, maximum bet per round while a bonus is active, and expiry date. These specific terms take precedence over the general bonus terms in this section where there is a conflict.
• Wagering requirements express the total amount of real-money and/or bonus funds that must be wagered before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per single round or spin is ৳500 BDT unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the bonus terms after the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• 3999bid reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of a current promotion, or void a bonus from a player's account if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with minimal risk strategies, exploiting technical errors, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Unless explicitly stated, bonuses are available to one account per individual, household, device, or shared IP address. Families or individuals living at the same address should contact support before registering to avoid inadvertent bonus restrictions.
• Bonuses expire on the date specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance. Expired bonus balances are not recoverable.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of 3999bid, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, potentially resulting in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where warranted, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one account on the 3999bid platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information or KYC documentation.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account, or accessing or using a third party's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings arising from a known or reported exploit are void and will be reclaimed by 3999bid.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any transaction that is unlawful under Bangladeshi law or international anti-money laundering standards.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 3999bid support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the 3999bid platform, its content, or its underlying technology.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where 3999bid's services are not available, or through the use of a VPN or proxy to mask your true location.

3999bid employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 3999bid may, at its absolute discretion: immediately suspend the relevant account; void and forfeit all or part of the account balance; share information with relevant authorities; or pursue recovery of any losses suffered by 3999bid as a result of the prohibited conduct.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content published on the 3999bid platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, page layout, and the overall visual design — is the property of 3999bid or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3999bid platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not confer any ownership rights in any content or technology forming part of the platform.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, redistribute, republish, transmit, or otherwise exploit any portion of the 3999bid platform or its content without the express prior written consent of 3999bid.
• Game content displayed on 3999bid — including game graphics, audio, and software — is the intellectual property of the respective game provider (for example: Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe). Use of game content is governed additionally by the terms of the relevant game provider.
• The 3999bid name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks of 3999bid. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form — including in domain names, social media handles, advertising, or user-generated content — is strictly prohibited.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may close or deactivate a 3999bid account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 3999bid account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] (plain text — do not send financial information). Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment account, subject to the standard verification and processing conditions set out in Section 4. Any outstanding bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 3999bid

3999bid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Confirmed age verification failure — the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Duplicate account detection — the player holds more than one account.
• Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of game software errors.
• Application of a self-exclusion request initiated by the player via the responsible gaming tools.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement that necessitates account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 3999bid will inform the affected player by email and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent decision is made, except where an immediate suspension is required to prevent ongoing harm (for example, suspected fraud or underage play).

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 3999bid — the player's licence to access the platform is immediately revoked. Any legitimate, non-forfeited real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and any wagering-requirement-locked funds will be forfeited upon closure unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing by 3999bid.
